Position Title: Registration Specialist
Job Summary
The Registration Specialist supports the development of course schedules and the registration of students each session. The Registration Specialist aligns the course schedule with student class needs, qualified and approved faculty, and room availability and the student registrations with student degree program audits, academic standing, and status.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains the schedule of classes each semester
- Registers current and future students according to their degree audit needs, including adjustments related to:
- Prerequisites and academic progress
- Schedule change requests
- Withdrawals and failed courses
- Changes in student statuses
- Class cancellations
- Accommodations
- Special circumstances
- Monitors student academic progress and adjusts student schedules as needed
- Aligns classes and facility for appropriateness for size and instructional needs
- Consults with academic leaders, facility administrators, and other personnel in the Office of the Registrar as needed to address issues pertaining to course and classroom scheduling
- Collaborates with technology department regarding course creation, course monitoring, and compliance with classroom needs, including syllabi, videos, resources, and textbook information

International Admissions Advisor
Under the direct supervision, the International Admissions Advisor is responsible in facilitating the selection and enrollment of qualified student applicants for school admissions with emphasis on customer service. This position is an entry level position that responds to phones and web generated inquiries from prospective students and guides them through the admissions process. You will conduct campus tours for prospective students. Provide excellent customer service to prospective and enrolled students in accordance with the mission and purpose of the university. Must be flexible with work schedule & Saturday work schedule. This is a hybrid role (ideally working on campus 2-3 days per week).

Successful Head Coaches should display strong communication, motivational and organizational skills. Team-building abilities and working in a collaborative environment are essential for a Head Coach. They should also be able to draw assistant coaches together to achieve the same goal and work off of the same plan.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop Student Athletes
A Head Coach must be committed to the personal development of each player on the roster. This includes teaching them maneuvers and plays relating to the position in which the player is assigned. A Head Coach must also help students develop a competitive nature, teach them about ethical behavior and good sportsmanship, and assist in the development of leadership skills. A Head Coach should exhibit passion to help their athletes grow on the field, in the classroom, and in the community.
An integral role for the Head Coach is promoting academic success. Part of their commitment to personal development includes assisting students maintain their eligibility, as well as (but not limited to):
? Ensuring that students are attending class and study hall;
? Reaching out to academically struggling students;
? Creating academic plans for student-athletes;
? Working with faculty, staff;
? Students to ensure that student-athletes are progressing toward graduating on time
Recruit New Players
A key role in this position will be recruiting. The Head Coach will be responsible for scouting and recruiting competitive rosters for both varsity and developmental squads (numbers as outlined by the Athletic Directors Staff). The Head Coach will represent Westcliff University in the community and at any recruiting events, they must be able to speak with prospective athletes about the Westcliff University Athletics program as well as their educational opportunities. The Head Coach must be familiar with or willing to learn NAIA/NCAA eligibility standards and follow NAIA/NCAA recruiting regulations.
Create Game Strategies
It is up to a Head Coach to decide which player is assigned to a particular position and to create both offensive and defensive plays to be used in game situations. This would involve working with assistant coaches in developing game plans. A Head Coach also oversees and decides on any changes to these plans during actual games.
Maintain a Program Budget
A Head Coach must also fulfill some administrative duties, with the main one being the creation of and adherence to a budget. A Head Coach must, in cooperation with the AD Staff, determine costs of uniforms, equipment, transportation and other items and operate within a budget. The Head Coach will be responsible for submitting a seasonal budget to the AD staff for approval.
Availability and Continuing Duties In A Virtual Space
During season, Head Coaches are expected to still perform recruiting duties
This includes (but is not limited to):
? Scouting local talent at practices and competition
? Conducting on-campus and virtual visits
? Presenting and communicating recruitment progress to administrative staff
Head Coaches are expected to still perform administrative and departmental duties as requested
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work is medium demand. Lifting 50 pounds maximum with frequent potential lifting and/or carrying of objects. May assist athletes as necessary, helping them on and off the field of play. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Head Coach will be responsible for supervision of Assistant and Volunteer Coaches as well as Graduate Assistants and student-athletes.
EMPLOYEE EVALUATION:
Terms for the extension of this Agreement will be determined at Westcliff University’s discretion through an evaluation of Coach’s performance in five (5) primary areas (Performance in other areas may be considered in
this evaluation, but the five (5) areas outlined below will be the primary areas of interest and concern):
- Academic success of student-athletes as indicated in part by compliance with NAIA and Cal Pac academic progress requirements
- Works and communicates effectively with academic support staff and student affairs
- Team and individual GPA positively represents department standards (2.5)
- Prioritizes importance of academic success to student athletes;
- Retention should exceed Westcliff University average
- Competitive success;
- Displays adequate knowledge and technical skills
- Represents the athletics department before, during, and after competition
- Implements appropriate conditioning programs for all team members
- Prepares adequately for opponents
- Meets expectations for program’s competitive performance
- Compliance with Westcliff University, NAIA, Cal Pac, and other applicable rules, and regulations;

Job Summary:
The Associate Campus Director (ACD) is responsible for the recruitment, enrollment, and retention of students at one or more assigned campus locations. The ACD supports the success of students at the current Dallas campus and additional campuses as assigned with campus location growth by facilitating their admission into the program, connecting students with potential internship opportunities, and monitoring their performance in order to provide intervention if/as needed. - Financial Aid Regulatory Compliance
- Assist with recurring process and file reviews to ensure compliance with Federal Student Financial Aid

The Senior Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant will be responsible for daily AR transaction input and reconciliation of
Student Information System (Student First) activity and SAP Accounting software. This role with also be responsible for Monthly/Yearly AR close elements and AR GL and bank reconciliations.
This position will report to Accountant Department Lead and will work with AR/Student Accounts
Manager to achieve their duties and responsibilities.

Daily transaction posting of AR/Revenue entries to accounting system (SAP)

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for daily AR transaction input and reconciliation of Student Information System (Student First) activity and SAP Accounting software. This role with also be responsible for Monthly/Yearly AR close elements and AR GL and bank reconciliations.
This position will report to Accountant Department Lead and will work with AR/Student Accounts
Manager to achieve their duties and responsibilities.

Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements
? Daily transaction posting of AR/Revenue entries to accounting system (SAP)
? Reconciliation of daily student transactions
? Maintaining accurate AR aging balance in Student Information System (SIS)
? Reconciliation of AR balance between SIS and SAP
? Track and reconcile timing difference between transaction posting and bank activity
? Perform monthly GL and Bank reconciliation related to Accounts Receivable
? Support month & year end close process

SUMMARY:
This position serves to assist with the organization, operation and supervision of all sport science aspects of all WU Warrior Teams within the parameters designated by the university, the California Pacific Conference and the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). This position reports to the Assistant Athletic Director of Sports Science as well as the Dean of Athletics. Responsibilities include effectively assisting in the running of all aspects of the operations of the strength and conditioning program at WU. Position includes but is not limited to: Running strength and conditioning sessions with teams, preparing daily sessions, travel to different locations, and filing individual assessments of student athletes progress. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
As Westcliff Athletics is still growing, the university currently practices and hosts competitions at off-campus locations. Local travel may be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work is demanding physically. Lifting upwards of 100 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects. Medium strength is required to set up the necessary items. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
