Professor Elsayess holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Marymount University, Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California and a Bachelor of Arts, Political Science from the University of California at Irvine, cum laude. Professor Elsayess has been a litigator in the State of California for over 17 years.  Professor Elsayess has served as adjunct faculty member teaching business law.  Professor Elsayess has developed business law curriculum as the undergraduate level.
