Mission

To foster a vibrant academic community built on connection, collaboration, and shared purpose, where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive.

Vision

Position Statement

At Westcliff University, we believe that a thriving academic environment is built on connection, collaboration, and shared purpose. Community reflects our commitment to cultivating a culture where individuals from all walks of life feel valued, supported, and empowered to contribute.

We remain deeply committed to creating a respectful and welcoming environment for every member of our university — across campuses, programs, and backgrounds.

As national policies and terminology continue to shift, Westcliff embraces this moment as an opportunity to reaffirm the principles that have always guided us: fairness, access, mutual respect, and a belief in the transformative power of education.

By centering Community as a core value, we celebrate what brings us together and recognize the strength that comes from diverse experiences, perspectives, and ideas — all working toward shared success.
