Professor Shcherbak Scoby conducted research on communicational differences between Generation X and Millennial employees in the workplace, presented at the 2023 National Communication Association Convention on embracing different delivery styles for underrepresented student groups in the basic course and developed curriculums for the Basic Course to accommodate ESL students and promote diversity in the classroom.
