Dr. Andrews holds a Doctor of Philosophy, a Master of Science in education technology, a Master of Science in psychology, a Bachelor of Science in mathematics, and an Associate of Arts in mathematics.
Prof. Andrews has conducted postgraduate research in higher education, leadership, and third world education and has authored and co-authored published papers and presented in the areas of higher education, intermediate education in third world countries, individuals with special abilities, total quality management in third world countries, and leadership and social media.
Prof. Andrews has served as an adjunct faculty member and associate professor. She has taught a myriad of classes including research methods, qualitative research, quantitative research, statistics, dissertation mentoring, group dynamics, motivation in the workplace, communication, organizational leadership, and organizational development and change. Prof. Andrews has also developed health management, industrial-organizational psychology, and doctoral dissertation curriculum at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
