Nicole is a public relations and marketing professional with more than two decades of experience driving successful communication strategies for both B2C and B2B clients. Since 2000, she has built a strong track record in corporate communications, public relations, marketing, advertising, client management, and business development across agency and corporate settings.

As the Associate Director of Marketing Operations at Westcliff University, Nicole oversees marketing projects for the university and its five colleges, shaping communication strategies across social media, email, blogs, and enrollment marketing. She also assists in spearheading all public relations and brand reputation initiatives, as well as lead generation events for the university, enhancing its visibility and reputation. Additionally, Nicole leads marketing efforts for Westcliff Early Learning Academy, the university’s early childhood development center. With nearly a decade of experience in marketing and communications for primary and secondary education institutions, she brings a deep understanding of student-focused initiatives, ensuring impactful engagement and outreach.
