The Daycare Teacher functions to assist the school with developing and implementing a program that promotes the social, emotional, physical and academic development of the whole child. The Daycare Teacher will supervise and engage with students on a daily basis.
Job Requirements:
All duties and responsibilities will be carried out under the direction of the Lead Teacher.
The Daycare Teacher keeps order in the classroom. They scan the classroom constantly and is proactive.
- Greet children upon arrival to the classroom and assist them with hand washing and toileting if needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized classroom environment.
- Develop a positive relationship with each child and promote the development of self-esteem, self- discipline, and normalization.
- Assist in implementing the daily schedule and remain flexible about assignments.
- Supervise outdoor playtime.
- Supervise the lunch and nap times as requested and assist the child in toileting throughout the day.
- Sanitize the nap cots and classroom materials daily.
- Be familiar with all emergency plans and assist in monthly drills.
- Dress and act professional while always using a calm voice in the classroom. Model good manners.
- Clean out the cubbies every Friday and organize the classroom for the next week.
- Check the sign in out sheets daily for complete signatures.
- Prepare and supervise snack time,
- Attend and participate in meeting and service trainings.
- Always be alert for safety and/or health hazards inside and outside.
- Greet parents and pick up time but do not engage in talking when supervising the children.
- Assist orienting substitute teachers in the absence of other teachers

- Minimum of a High School Diploma and proficiency in English. AA (Associates of Arts) degree with an ECE (Early Childhood Education) major is preferred.
- Minimum of 6 ECE (Early Childhood Education) units a MUST
- One year experience working in a school preferred
- An eagerness to learn the Montessori, Reggio and Nature Based methods is necessary.
- All the California State requirements to work as a Daycare teacher in a preschool must be met before hire date including current CPR, medical and criminal record clearance, immunizations, and required forms.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of operational characteristics, services, and activities of an early childhood education program.
- Organizational and management practices as applied to the analysis and evaluation of early childhood education programs, policies, and operational needs.
- Modern and complex principles and practices of early childhood development and program administration.
- Grant writing and funding principles and concepts.
- Strong knowledge of state Department of Social Services licensing standards of health and safety.
- Pertinent federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations, including DSS Title 22 regulations, CDE Title 5 regulations, State and County Health and Safety Codes, Playground Safety Regulations, and Federal Food Program for Children and Adults Regulations.
- Operate modern office equipment including computer equipment and software.
- Operate a motor vehicle safely.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a closely related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Must have at least five years of progressively responsible teaching experience in a child development program, including at least one year in a lead or supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of of education and experience.
- Experience with Montessori and/or Reggio Emilia approaches is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid driver’s license.

The Senior Accountant A/R will be responsible for daily AR transaction input and reconciliation of
Student Information System (Student First) activity and SAP Accounting software. This role with also be responsible for Monthly/Yearly AR close elements and AR GL and bank reconciliations.
This position will report to Accountant Department Lead and will work with AR/Student Accounts
Manager to achieve their duties and responsibilities.
We are only considering candidates that are available for a hybrid schedule (ideally a minimum of 3 days per week on campus) after training.
Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements
Daily transaction posting of AR/Revenue entries to accounting system (SAP)
Reconciliation of daily student transactions

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the month-end close process, ensuring
accurate revenue recognition, and managing account reconciliations. This role is essential in
maintaining compliance with accounting principles and delivering timely and accurate financial
reporting. The position supervises the accounting team, provides guidance on complex financial
issues, and collaborates with other departments to support business operations.

? Lead and manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial

Doctoral Writing Specialist
Westcliff University seeks a dedicated and dynamic Writing Center Specialist to join our fully online Writing Center
team. The ideal candidate will provide academic writing support to students at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral
levels. Writing Center Specialists act as both tutors and guides, offering asynchronous and synchronous feedback to
help students develop their writing skills and achieve self-sufficiency. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and

Essential Functions and Duties
- Dissertation Support: Provide consultation services to students in the dissertation process, as well as doctoral and master’s-level assignments.

Senior Manager, Facilities
The Senior Manager, Facilities oversees the university's campuses and office space, space planning, maintenance,
safety/security, and supports the development of new or remodeled campus and office space to provide optimum
functionality in support of the university's mission and strategic plan.
The position is responsible for the coordination and maintenance of timelines, vendors, budgets, supplies, and all other
aspects of facilities, safety, and expansion planning. The position reports to the CFO and will work closely with leaders

Essential Job Functions and Duties
- Oversee routine and preventive maintenance programs to ensure buildings and equipment are operational, safe, and compliant with regulations. Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.

- Ensures adequate physical space capacity for student enrollment and Westcliff associates
- Anticipates future needs by aligning with university growth and expansion plans
- Optimizes use of space by associates in the context of various factors such as a hybrid work schedule and office capacity; makes recommendations for change as needed
- Develop, implement, and manage security protocols to safeguard personnel, assets, and facilities.
- Oversee security systems, access controls, and emergency response plans.
- Implements procedures for campus safety including campus environment and maintenance; and crime prevention programming
- Maintains emergency plans and evacuation procedures and conducts annual emergency testing (including conducting drills, collecting feedback, and publicizing information); executes such responsibilities in accordance with requirements of the Jeanne Clery Act
- Develops and implements Timely Warnings and Emergency Notifications, including ensuring that technology and processes are in place to identify when a timely warning or emergency notification is needed and deploy communication effectively
- Keeps updated records of campus controlled properties and identifies Clery Geographical regions
- Oversees campus crime log and crime reporting processes including coordination with CSA and Police Departments for crime reports
- Maintains working relationships with external safety and emergency service providers such as local police and fire departments
- Manage/support expansion and renovation projects covering the above scope, in particular, space planning, security and maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Support external project management as needed
- Supervise facilities staff, set performance standards, and foster a safety-first culture. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, track expenses, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensures stakeholder input is incorporated, and approval is gained (as appropriate) into all project activities, and all remain situationally aware of the ongoing status of their projects.
- Employs robust quality controls throughout design and construction, including outside peer review where appropriate.
- Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to maintain certification/licensure and/or keep abreast of the latest trends in the field of expertise.
- Serves as Westcliff's primary interface with the leadership, contractors, and local ordinances over matters to which the role has been assigned; provides regular and as-needed communication to university leadership

Learning Assessment Specialist
The Learning Assessment Specialist is an important position within the Assessment Office. The Assessment Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing assessment methods to evaluate student learning outcomes, co-curricular offerings, and academic initiatives. This role works cross-functionally with faculty, program chairs, and institutional leaders to ensure the integrity, validity, and continuous improvement of assessment methods used to measure student learning outcomes and evaluate program effectiveness.

Learning Assessment Analysis
- Independently perform data collection and analysis to identify trends, areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Follow through each step of the learning assessment cycle to document assessment-driven improvements and consistently close the assessment loop.
- Review and recommend edits to grading rubrics and scoring guidelines upon requests to enhance learning outcome assessments.
Program Review and Planning
- Monitor the Program Review process through semesterly check-ins with program chairs to track progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Manage the completion of annual Program Evaluations and Assessment Reports , ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.
- Facilitate and manage the process to review and revise Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs), Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs), and Co-curricular Outcomes.

Assessment Administration and Reporting
- Assist the Director of Assessment in administering surveys and developing comprehensive reports.

- Assist in the development and implementation of new tools and technologies for assessment, including AI-powered evaluation systems.

Learning Assessment Analysis
- Independently perform data collection and analysis to identify trends, areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Follow through each step of the learning assessment cycle to document assessment-driven improvements and consistently close the assessment loop.
- Review and recommend edits to grading rubrics and scoring guidelines upon requests to enhance learning outcome assessments.
Program Review and Planning
- Monitor the Program Review process through semesterly check-ins with program chairs to track progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Manage the completion of annual Program Evaluations and Assessment Reports , ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.
- Facilitate and manage the process to review and revise Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs), Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs), and Co-curricular Outcomes.
- Support academic leaders to use backward design principles to ensure clear alignment from core competencies to program learning outcomes and course learning outcomes.
Assessment Administration and Reporting
- Assist the Director of Assessment in administering surveys and developing comprehensive reports.
- Maintain project timelines, records, templates, and documentation, ensuring effective communication of assessment progress to institutional stakeholders, including academic affairs, compliance, and accreditation teams.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new tools and technologies for assessment, including AI-powered evaluation systems.
- Undertake other duties or projects related to academic assessment and institutional effectiveness as assigned.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Training
- Lead meetings with Program Chairs and Learning Experience Designers (LXDs) to review assessment findings and identify actionable opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and deliver faculty training on the Westcliff Assessment Process to ensure consistent implementation.
Essential Education & KSAs
Education
- Master’s degree in education, instructional design, educational psychology, or related field.
Knowledge
- Familiarity with accreditation standards (e.g., WSCUC) and institutional effectiveness models.
- Experience with direct and indirect assessment design, particularly in online or hybrid learning environments.
- Experience using AI-based or automated assessment tools.
Skills
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing assessments in a higher education setting.

Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Outreach, Law Programs plays a key strategic and operational role in driving international enrollment growth for the LL.M. program. This dual-role position blends recruitment with hands-on admissions support, guiding prospective students from initial interest through successful enrollment. Director of Early Learning Academy
The Director serves as the key contact for school parents, staff, and other stakeholders and is responsible for providing consistent, high-quality, developmentally appropriate early childhood care, curriculum, and supervision. The Immigration and Deportation Defense Clinic (Clinic) at WSCL is a clinical education
program with a dual mission: to advocate for immigrant populations vulnerable to deportation
and to develop law students’ potential to be skilled, compassionate, and ethical advocates
through the experience of providing clients with zealous representation.
The Clinic recognizes the importance of training future lawyers not only in technical aspects of
law but also in the art of empathy, trauma-informed communication, and understanding. The
Clinic aims to instill in law students a sense of responsibility towards their clients and the unique
challenges they face through their immigration cases. The Clinic teaches from a place of
assuming that racial discrimination and economic inequality are deeply problematic issues
worthy of Clinic’s time and attention. Our clinic operates on the principle that everyone deserves

strive to collaborate with community organizations, pro bono networks, and legal aid providers

Clinic Staff Overview
The Clinic team is growing and includes a faculty director, adjunct faculty, law students enrolled
in the clinic, and an administrative assistant. The Clinic operates on an academic calendar.
Students enrolled in the clinic, under faculty supervision, will represent clients in a range of
immigration matters. The staff attorney/fellow position will complement the Clinic’s work by
supporting pro se litigants and community organizations, developing a training and technical
assistance program, and coordinating law student involvement in these efforts.
The Clinic is seeking applicants for a staff attorney/fellow position within its Legal
Empowerment Project, an initiative dedicated to supporting self-represented immigrants and
families in removal proceedings, particularly in Orange County. The staff attorney/fellow will be
housed within the law school’s clinical program and will lead a training and technical assistance
initiative for self-represented immigrants and the community organizations that serve them.
Clinic Staff Attorney/Fellow Position
The staff attorney/fellow will report to the Clinic Director. The position’s responsibilities
include, but are not limited to:
- Provide limited-scope representation to pro se litigants in removal proceedings,
- Provide technical assistance to layperson legal advocates at community-based
organizations without access to an attorney,
- Design, coordinate, and implement a community training program, with Orange County
stakeholders, for pro se litigants and layperson legal advocates on how to navigate
removal proceedings,
- Attend stakeholder meetings, and,
- Coordinate and supervise the law students assigned to this project.
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school,
- Admission to practice law in California (or, at least one U.S. jurisdiction),
- 1-5 years of experience practicing immigration law (recent law graduates are welcome to
apply),
- Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish or Vietnamese); and
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Reporting to the Associate Dean of Nursing Academics, Program Director, or Chair, Nursing Faculty supports the University’s mission by facilitating student learning aligned with course and program outcomes. The Senior Manager, Compliance, is responsible for ensuring the institution’s adherence to federal, state, and institutional regulations required of recipients of federal funds. These regulations include general areas related to Title IV financial aid processing, consumer information transparency, compliance and regulatory internal controls, and adherence to state laws and other regulatory requirements. This position plays a crucial role in operationalizing compliance efforts and fostering a culture of integrity across the institution. This role is central to maintaining the institution’s eligibility to operate within various state and federal frameworks, including securing and managing state authorizations and meeting HEA reporting requirements.
E S S E N T I A L J O B F U N C T I O N S / D U T I E S
Financial Aid Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay up to date with changes in financial aid regulations and proactively assess their impact on institutional practices.
- Interpret and communicate relevant FSA compliance requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for financial aid compliance, in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Conduct periodic evaluations of Westcliff’s compliance with federal and Title IV laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation for audits and reviews related to financial aid, reporting, and other regulatory matters.
Internal Controls, Compliance and Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on compliance status to senior management, including segregations testing and remediation, and adherence versus policy
- Investigate and address any compliance and operational issues that may arise, working collaboratively with other departments to find solutions
State Authorization and Compliance:
- Lead the efforts to apply for, secure, and maintain state authorizations for the institution to operate in various states, ensuring the institution remains compliant with state-level regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and ensure the completion of required filings and applications with state higher education boards.
- Conduct periodic reviews of student enrollments and processes for enrollment to identify legal authority risk.
Consumer Information Transparency:
- Oversee the timely and accurate disclosure of consumer information, as required by federal and state law.
- Complete Annual Security Report and oversee compliance with adherence to Clery Act requirements.
- Review required reports and ensure proper delivery of required disclosures, including but not limited to: Annual Notice to Enrolled Students, Clery Act Safety Disclosures, DFSCA Disclosures, and financial aid related student disclosures.
- Identify and remedy inconsistencies in presentation of relevant consumer information on website, in catalog, and embedded in institutional business processes.
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders about discrepant statements or processes.
Operationalizing Compliance Across the Institution:
- Work closely with institutional leadership to embed compliance into day-to-day operations, particularly within the financial aid, finance, registrar, and admissions departments.
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to develop and update policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to staff across departments to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance requirements and updates to policies or procedures that impact compliance.
- Develop and implement processes and tools to track, measure, and report compliance performance.
- Maintain and publicize the compliance calendar to provide appropriate oversight and control of compliance activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with relevant regulatory bodies
Supervision and Mentorship:
- Supervise and mentor Compliance Specialists, providing guidance on tasks, professional development, and compliance knowledge.

Under the direction of the College of Business Dean and Associate Dean of the undergraduate, masters and doctoral programs, you will engage in the following:
- Reviewing and managing your syllabus and corresponding materials
- Facilitating class instruction utilizing your experience and passion for your field
- Teaching your assigned classes in accordance with Westcliff University's learning objectives and session plan outlines
- Administering evaluations of student performance based on course deliverables and rubrics
- Posting course grades on the university’s Learning Management System (LMS)
- Responding promptly to grade determination and providing detailed timely feedback
- Submitting grades for assignments, discussion boards, exercises, exams, and activities promptly
- Participating in Faculty Senate, programmatic development, and committee work
- Adhering to Westcliff University protocols
- Other duties as assigned

Westcliff University is seeking qualified candidates for the role of a full-time faculty member to support its mission, core values, and student success. Job Summary:
Under the guidance of the Dean(s) and/or Program Chair(s), full-time faculty members provide exemplary instruction and support to Westcliff University students. They have appropriate teaching credentials, including being academically qualified and having taught at least five courses at the undergraduate or graduate levels before a full-time appointment. Potential candidates must possess a terminal degree in their field, coupled with considerable industry experience and proven excellence in both online and on-campus teaching formats.
A full-time faculty member's primary commitment is to Westcliff’s mission and student success. While “full-time” equates to an average of 40 hours weekly, excluding vacations and paid holidays, there could be times where additional hours are necessary. We expect faculty members to be present on one of Westcliff’s campuses whenever possible to foster faculty collegiality and enhance student accessibility. Faculty are expected to hold regular office hours virtually to ensure access for colleagues and students throughout the year.
Teaching Responsibilities (75%):
Full-time faculty members must commit a minimum of 40 hours weekly. Within this framework:
- A minimum of 75% (~30 hours weekly) is allocated for teaching, doctoral committee, or doctoral chair endeavors, including preparation, instruction, facilitation, support, and evaluation.
- In the situation of vacation time, Full Time Faculty should contact the Office of Faculty Affairs at least 3 months prior to the scheduled vacation.
- Faculty take active roles in teaching weekend professional format courses. Full time faculty are required to attend and participate in three (3), twenty-four hour, Professional Weekend Residencies Weekends per academic year.
- Outside of classroom commitments, faculty maintain a strong commitment to student success.
Faculty Leadership and Scholarship (20%):
20% (~8 hours weekly) of the faculty's time is devoted to:
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members on curriculum and assessment design and review, including serving as subject matter experts and playing an active role in student outcome assessments and accreditation processes
- Mentor and coach other faculty when needed, including new faculty onboarding support.
- Explore, implement, and measure instructional best practices and innovative ideas for improved student outcomes.
- Engage in scholarship and research projects that align with university’s priorities and programmatic accreditation requirements
- Engage with program chairs and deans in growth and improvement initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities (5%):
Apart from the above, faculty members will:
- Pursue professional development (20-24 hours annually).
- Participate in college and university governance, such as Program Advisory Council, Faculty Senate quarterly meetings, college faculty meetings, and faculty senate activities.
- Offer academic advice to referred students.
- Support the college and colleagues to uphold the institutional mission.
- Represent Westcliff professionally at internal and external events.
- Handle other assignments, projects or tasks as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Qualified to teach at least 8 courses in 2 or more disciplines
- Mastery of effective instructional strategies both online and on campus
- Dedication to student and institutional success
- Relevant industry experience and classroom insight
- Knowledge and commitment to conduct scholarly activities to contribute to the field of practice
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Learning Management System (Moodle experience preferable) and relevant technological tools
Experience and Education:
- Terminal degree relevant to university’s programs from an accredited institution
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching
- Three to five years of teaching both online and in-person
- At least five years of progressive industry experience
