Job Summary:

The Campus Manager (CM) is responsible for the retention of students and operations at a single assigned campus location. The CM supports the success of students at the assigned campus by monitoring their performance in order to provide intervention if/as needed. The Associate Director of Admissions is a mid – level management position that will work with the Director of Admissions in enrollment management functions as they pertain to all admissions programs, including recruitment and retention of students, coordination of admissions, and data compilation. Admissions recruitment, counseling, outreach and application review are all significant functions of this position. He/she assists in overseeing the department staff, and procedures for online, on-ground enrollment for international students. The Admissions Coordinator also works with the Deans and faculty of the programs to provide program information to prospective students and for the implementation of Westcliff University Strategies, plans, and programs as they relate to student admissions. This position reports directly to the Director of Admissions.

Admissions Support Duties:

Reflect and promote the mission and vision of the University.
Evaluate and develop an admissions program with the goal to maintain a capacity enrollment of qualified students and a list of qualified applicants.
Direct the admissions process from point of inquiry through enrollment.
Present the school to prospective students, which include systematic and efficient handling of applications and communication with candidates, tours of the institution, and interviews with candidates, and arrangements for admission testing, securing of necessary student credentials, and communicating final decision to the appropriate individuals.

Managing Admissions Duties:

Provide vision, leadership, management, and ongoing training of admission team.
Lead a team of admissions and senior admissions to support students in their admissions process to achieve some of the goals of the Admissions Department:
- Motivate and provide the team with weekly support
- Monitor and track admissions activities
- Analyze and track retention of students
- Diffuse difficult admissions issues

- Keep all representative’s knowledge current on sale processes
- Ensure all representatives maintain their return call frequency as scheduled.
- Ensure all representatives adhere to best practices on ethical process regarding advertising and sales.
- Attend departmental meetings, graduation ceremonies, and other university meetings or events, as required.
- Foster an educational environment that is conducive to learning, respect, integrity, teamwork, and professionalism.
- Adhere to the requirements of accrediting, federal, and state agencies as well as the policies and procedures of the university.
- Develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities and regularly monitor and reports results to the Director of Admissions, along with recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
- Design, develop, update, and deliver professional quality presentations and training materials to include classroom trainings, job aids
- Assist the Director of Admissions with coaching opportunities for junior staff.
- Assist the Director of Admissions with junior staff’s progress and development by implementing an evaluation and proficiency assessment process that is consistent with company performance evaluations, developmental and feedback.

Under the direction of the Senior Director of Admissions the Domestic Admissions Advisor - Nursing is responsible for nurturing and enrolling a diverse and high-achieving student population while meeting goals and deadline with a high degree of professionalism. The Admissions Advisor is responsible for proactively managing their inquiry and applicant pipeline; processing applications, and identifying and developing new recruitment and process improvement opportunities..

Duties and Responsibilities

- Identify, contact, and maintain relationships with prospective students throughout the inquiry, application, and enrollment phases

Complete a high volume of outbound inquiries and applicant calls, while also promptly responding to incoming emails with a strong focus on customer service

- Advise prospective applicants on the various stages of the admissions process and create urgency regarding deadlines and application requirements

- Review and process applications while working closely with other university departments to ensure applications are handled accurately and in a timely manner

- Schedule and host recruitment events, including campus tours, information sessions, individual consultations, and admissions interviews, to determine a prospective student's interests and goals

- Enter and compile admissions data into the CRM system, including daily activities and even information. Generate reports as needed

- Adhere to all university and regulatory rules and requirements

- Able to work with people from a variety of diverse social and economic backgrounds

- Other duties as assigned

The Senior Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant will be responsible for daily AR transaction input and reconciliation of

Student Information System (Student First) activity and SAP Accounting software. This role with also be responsible for Monthly/Yearly AR close elements and AR GL and bank reconciliations.

This position will report to Accountant Department Lead and will work with AR/Student Accounts

Manager to achieve their duties and responsibilities.

We are only considering candidates that are available for a hybrid schedule (ideally a minimum of 3 days per week on campus) after training.

Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements

? Daily transaction posting of AR/Revenue entries to accounting system (SAP)

? Reconciliation of daily student transactions

? Maintaining accurate AR aging balance in Student Information System (SIS)

? Reconciliation of AR balance between SIS and SAP

? Track and reconcile timing difference between transaction posting and bank activity

? Perform monthly GL and Bank reconciliation related to Accounts Receivable

? Support month & year end close process

? Assist with yearly Audit requirements

? Understanding of accounting rules and procedures per GAAP

? Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets

? Aid in the implementation and updating of accounting policies, standards, and guidelines.

? Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information

SUMMARY:

This position serves to assist with the organization, operation and supervision of all sport science aspects of all WU Warrior Teams within the parameters designated by the university, the California Pacific Conference and the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). This position reports to the Assistant Athletic Director of Sports Science as well as the Dean of Athletics. Responsibilities include effectively assisting in the running of all aspects of the operations of the strength and conditioning program at WU. Position includes but is not limited to: Running strength and conditioning sessions with teams, preparing daily sessions, travel to different locations, and filing individual assessments of student athletes progress. Create weight room schedules, training plans, workout coordination, etc.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

As Westcliff Athletics is still growing, the university currently practices and hosts competitions at off-campus locations. Local travel may be required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Work is demanding physically. Lifting upwards of 100 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects. Medium strength is required to set up the necessary items. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
