Job Summary

- Provides accurate and relevant guidance to online and/or on-campus students based on their degree program according to university policies and educational goals to support students in their pursuit of satisfactory academic progress and continuous enrollment through graduation

Senior Manager, Compliance
The Senior Manager, Compliance, is responsible for ensuring the institution’s adherence to federal, state, and institutional regulations required of recipients of federal funds. These regulations include general areas related to Title IV financial aid processing, consumer information transparency, compliance and regulatory internal controls, and adherence to state laws and other regulatory requirements. This position plays a crucial role in operationalizing compliance efforts and fostering a culture of integrity across the institution. This role is central to maintaining the institution’s eligibility to operate within various state and federal frameworks, including securing and managing state authorizations and meeting HEA reporting requirements.
E S S E N T I A L J O B F U N C T I O N S / D U T I E S
Financial Aid Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay up to date with changes in financial aid regulations and proactively assess their impact on institutional practices.
- Interpret and communicate relevant FSA compliance requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for financial aid compliance, in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Conduct periodic evaluations of Westcliff’s compliance with federal and Title IV laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation for audits and reviews related to financial aid, reporting, and other regulatory matters.
Internal Controls, Compliance and Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on compliance status to senior management, including segregations testing and remediation, and adherence versus policy
- Investigate and address any compliance and operational issues that may arise, working collaboratively with other departments to find solutions
State Authorization and Compliance:
- Lead the efforts to apply for, secure, and maintain state authorizations for the institution to operate in various states, ensuring the institution remains compliant with state-level regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and ensure the completion of required filings and applications with state higher education boards.
- Conduct periodic reviews of student enrollments and processes for enrollment to identify legal authority risk.
Consumer Information Transparency:
- Oversee the timely and accurate disclosure of consumer information, as required by federal and state law.
- Complete Annual Security Report and oversee compliance with adherence to Clery Act requirements.
- Review required reports and ensure proper delivery of required disclosures, including but not limited to: Annual Notice to Enrolled Students, Clery Act Safety Disclosures, DFSCA Disclosures, and financial aid related student disclosures.
- Identify and remedy inconsistencies in presentation of relevant consumer information on website, in catalog, and embedded in institutional business processes.
- Communicate with relevant stakeholders about discrepant statements or processes.
Operationalizing Compliance Across the Institution:
- Work closely with institutional leadership to embed compliance into day-to-day operations, particularly within the financial aid, finance, registrar, and admissions departments.
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to develop and update policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to staff across departments to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance requirements and updates to policies or procedures that impact compliance.
- Develop and implement processes and tools to track, measure, and report compliance performance.
- Maintain and publicize the compliance calendar to provide appropriate oversight and control of compliance activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with relevant regulatory bodies
Supervision and Mentorship:
- Supervise and mentor Compliance Specialists, providing guidance on tasks, professional development, and compliance knowledge.

Associate Director of Admissions
The Associate Director of Admissions is a mid – level management position that will work with the Director of Admissions in enrollment management functions as they pertain to all admissions programs, including recruitment and retention of students, coordination of admissions, and data compilation. Admissions recruitment, counseling, outreach and application review are all significant functions of this position. He/she assists in overseeing the department staff, and procedures for online, on-ground enrollment for international students. The Admissions Coordinator also works with the Deans and faculty of the programs to provide program information to prospective students and for the implementation of Westcliff University Strategies, plans, and programs as they relate to student admissions. This position reports directly to the Director of Admissions.

Admissions Support Duties:
- Reflect and promote the mission and vision of the University.
- Evaluate and develop an admissions program with the goal to maintain a capacity enrollment of qualified students and a list of qualified applicants.
- Direct the admissions process from point of inquiry through enrollment.

The Records Supervisor is a crucial leadership role within the Registrar's Office, responsible for leading the records team and providing support to ensure the accurate and efficient processing and maintenance of student records. Westcliff University seeks a Military Outreach Advisor to develop partnerships with military and veteran communities, colleges, and nonprofits to drive enrollment. The advisor will execute outreach activities locally and nationally, deliver presentations, manage recruitment leads, and collaborate internally to support military-affiliated student enrollment.

Job Summary:
The Enrollment Manager is a mid-level position responsible for managing new enrollments of
international students by collaborating with external partners through the Department of
Global Engagement and working closely with the internal enrollment operations team. This
individual is responsible for following up on applications, managing files, and collecting necessary documents to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process. Job Summary
The Career Development Advisor (CDA) advises students regarding career interests and strategies, job search methods, resume preparation and related matters including personal and professional development. The CDA coordinates and assists in student job search readiness, search execution and job placement for students in accordance with Westcliff University policy relating to placement.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet established goals and objectives as provided by the Director
- Ensure accurate entry of all placement activities into the Career Services Portal
- Work with local and national managers to identify job opportunities for each pending graduate, assist in gaining an interview and winning the job
- Maintain positive relationships with employers to place current and future graduates.
- Engage and actively partner with students from admissions to employment with activities such as: mock interviews, professional workshops, resume writing, and workforce preparation
- Assist students in the job search and advise them on procedures for obtaining employment

The CRM Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Global Enrollment Department’s strategic goals through effective use of Technolutions Slate CRM. Position Title: Librarian
Job Summary
The Librarian provides direction and planning for the broad range of digital resources available at Westcliff University to support teaching and learning. Position Title: Librarian
Job Summary
The Librarian provides direction and planning for the broad range of digital resources available at Westcliff University to support teaching and learning. The Director is committed to providing integrated resources that enable students and faculty to creatively and productively advance academic and curricular goals. QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and ability.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 4-5 years of financial aid experience required. Experience and proficiency with using PowerFAIDS a MUST, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google suite.
HOURS: The regular hours for this position are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Monday through Friday. Hours may vary due to needs of the law school. May require periodic evening and weekends.

Job Description:
Under the direction of the College of Business Program Chairs of the Undergraduate, Masters and Doctoral programs, you will engage in the following:
- Reviewing and managing your syllabus and corresponding materials
- Facilitating class instruction utilizing your experience and passion for your field
- Teaching your assigned classes in accordance with Westcliff University's learning objectives and session plan outlines
- Administering evaluations of student performance based on course deliverables and rubrics
- Posting course grades on our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Responding promptly to grade determination and providing detailed timely feedback
- Submitting grades for assignments, discussion board exercises, exams and discussions promptly
- Participating in Faculty Senate, programmatic development and committee work

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master's degree from a regionally or internationally accredited institution in or closely related to your field
- Experience teaching online, on-campus, or in hybrid format
- Five years experience teaching at the university level in your discipline
- Demonstrated commitment to teaching students from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds
- Weekdays: Monday – Friday; 6:30 P.M. thru 10:00 P.M. (courses meet 1x per week for 8 weeks and for 3.5 hours at the Irvine campus).
- Weekdays: Monday – Friday; 6:00 P.M. thru 9:30 P.M. (courses meet 1x per week for 8 weeks and for 3.5 hours at the Cerritos campus).
- Weekends: Friday 7-9:30p and Sat 9-5p (weekend courses are based on 16-week classes; meet only 4 times for the duration of the course, on every 4th Friday/Saturday) (both campus locations)
- Able to travel to campus in Irvine and/or Cerritos (on campus classes only).
