Erica Martinez
Executive Director, College of Nursing

Welcome to the Westcliff University College of Nursing!

At Westcliff, there’s a philosophy of practical, hands-on education. That’s exactly what nursing education is about: being able to practice at a bedside, making sure that students understand where they’re going, what that’s going to look like, and they’re as prepared as possible. Our goal is to try to get students the right kind of exposure in the area they are interested in and to bridge theory & classroom knowledge with practical experience.

I went into nursing because I wanted to be able to make a positive impact. As a nurse, I have the opportunity to do that all the time: impacting a situation for the better. I’ve been a nurse for over 20 years now, and the absolute pride I have wearing scrubs today is still the same.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Westcliff University College of Nursing!
