Helping International Students Realize Their Dreams In Florida: Wioletta Bublik
For Wioletta Bublik, education has always been more than just a pursuit of knowledge—it has been a global adventure. Born and raised in Poland, she embarked on an international journey after high school, studying and working in France, Spain, Colombia, and ultimately the United States. Now, as the Associate Campus Director for Westcliff University’s Florida locations in Miami and Orlando, she brings a deep understanding of the international student experience, helping others navigate the same path she once traveled.
A Personal Connection to International Students
Having lived and studied in multiple countries, Wioletta knows firsthand the challenges and rewards of stepping outside one’s comfort zone. “I always admire students who take that step—applying abroad, moving to a new country, often without knowing the language. It’s a long journey, but they are so courageous,” she says. She believes that international education is not just about earning a degree but about gaining adaptability, cultural awareness, and real-world experience that can’t be taught in a classroom.
Her passion for student success drives her work at Westcliff University. She wants students in Miami and Orlando to feel a sense of belonging, to see Westcliff Florida as their home away from home. “My goal is to create a strong presence for our Florida campuses, where students feel connected, supported, and prepared for their professional lives,” she explains.
Miami: A Global Hub for Business and Culture
Westcliff University’s Miami campus, located in the heart of Brickell—the city’s vibrant financial district—offers students a unique blend of academic opportunity and cultural diversity. For Wioletta, Miami’s appeal lies in its international character. “The magic of Miami is that everyone here feels at home, no matter where they’re from. It’s a city of so many cultures, where no one truly feels like a foreigner,” she says.
Beyond its welcoming atmosphere, Miami is a thriving business hub, attracting major corporations and startups alike. The city’s dynamic environment makes it an ideal place for students looking to build global networks and launch their careers in industries such as finance, technology, and hospitality. Making it an ideal location to earn degrees such as a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), which has new and highly relevant concentrations including Artificial Intelligence (AI). Or learn how to harness the power of AI in Westcliff’s Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence (MSAI) program.
With endless options for dining, entertainment, and sports—including teams like the Miami Heat, Inter Miami with Lionel Messi, and the Marlins—students are immersed in a vibrant city full of opportunity.
Orlando: A Perfect Blend of Education and Quality of Life
Westcliff’s Orlando campus, located in the neighborhood of Celebration, offers a different but equally compelling student experience. “Celebration is the best neighborhood in Orlando—it’s safe, beautifully designed, and has that signature Disney perfection,” Wioletta shares. Known for its picturesque setting and proximity to world-class attractions, Orlando is not just a tourist destination but a growing business center with opportunities in hospitality, business management, and entrepreneurship. A perfect pairing for Westcliff’s new MBA concentration of tourism and hospitality management.
The city also plays host to major sporting events and training facilities, making it an excellent choice for students with interests in sports business and athletic careers. A location that pairs perfectly with Westcliff’s Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) concentration of sports management. Whether exploring the theme parks, attending industry conferences, or taking advantage of career opportunities of the many fortune 500 companies found within the area, students in Orlando can experience a well-rounded academic journey.
A Passion for Student Success
At the heart of Wioletta’s leadership is a deep commitment to student growth. She sees herself as more than just an administrator—she’s a mentor, a guide, and an advocate for international students taking bold steps toward their futures. “It’s amazing because I know what our students feel. They come here with big dreams, and I get to be a small part of helping them achieve those dreams,” she says.
Her journey—from an international student to a leader in higher education—serves as an inspiration to those she supports. Through Westcliff University’s Miami and Orlando campuses, she hopes to create a welcoming environment where students from all over the world can thrive, just as she did.
