Westcliff Early Learning Academy Opens Doors To First Students; Welcomes New Director

Westcliff University is proud to announce that the Westcliff Early Learning Academy (WELA) has officially received its state-issued license and is preparing to welcome its first students. Leading this important step is new director Jasmine Boller, a University of California, Irvine alumna and experienced Montessori educator with more than a decade of leadership in early childhood education.
As the newest addition to Westcliff’s expanding educational ecosystem, WELA serves children ages 18 months to six years and provides families across Orange County and the Westcliff community with a trusted, high-quality early education program. The academy’s curriculum blends Montessori, Reggio Emilia and nature-based learning, offering a holistic and developmentally appropriate experience that emphasizes wellness, diversity and curiosity.
This new initiative reflects Westcliff’s broader mission to make learning accessible at every stage of life. “Delivering exceptional early childhood education is an important step forward in Westcliff’s mission to prepare future generations for success,” said Dr. Anthony Lee, president and CEO of Westcliff University. “Our goal is to nurture every child’s natural curiosity and transform it into a lifelong love of learning.”
Boller brings both expertise and vision to this endeavor. Her background includes leadership roles at Guidepost Montessori and oversight of more than 100 Montessori schools worldwide. Her approach centers on creating inclusive, nurturing environments that support both children and educators.
“My vision for Westcliff Early Learning Academy is for every child to feel seen, heard and challenged in meaningful ways,” said Boller. “Together, our team is building a community where children can grow academically, socially and emotionally.”
